Dear Mr. Kang and Dhamma Group
On behalf of Thailand Chinese Temple which operate under the name of 4Koh Association, I would like to explain you about our Donation which it has support to two party who is
(1) “4Koh Association” and
(2) “CIR : The Committee on Development of Search of Missing Persons and Identification of Unidentified Remain”.
The basic operate of “4Koh Association” is doing and helping people in Chonburi province until few months ago “4Koh Association” has been cooperate with CIR regarding “CIFS: Central Institute of Forensic Science, Thailand” a Department of CIR has continue lacking of space to keep The Unidentified bodies.
Thus, we (4Koh Association & CIFS) has settle one project to finding a space for keep The Unidentified bodies and we would like to have your kind cooperate with introduce this project to all donors. And our (phrase I ) is to settle a space to keep 250 bodies in a concrete box at tomb.
Due to this is the cooperate project between two parties thus we would like to provide you a monthly thank you letter with the attached of expenses which we spend for settle these 250 concrete boxes.
To provide you more information we had attached details with photo for your kind review are as below presentation.

Part I : About “4Koh Association”
Regarding an associate of Thailand, we has an overview with two big zone Bangkok & Province. There are two famous an Association in Bangkok which are “Ruamkatanyu Foundation” and “Poh Teck Tung Foundation”
There are two big Group in a province which are “Pong Group” and “Meng Group” up to the God that they do bucha. And “4Koh Association” is in “Pong Group” we do bucha God name “Hud-Joh”.
Due to this project need a land space to build 250 concrete boxes and “4Koh Association” has no land space so Ms. Som-Orn who is a committee from “4Koh Association” she had contact with a Head of Pong Group name “Anusasongkhro” which is in Chonburi too.
“Meng Group” has total 40 branches and “4Koh Association” is the number 4th branch. And we glad to informed you that Ms. Som-Orn has got a confirmation for providing land space based on today May27, 2022.
Part II : About CIR
CIR is Thailand Government Organization which has one Department CIFS who do over load handle The Unidentified person included bodies both from accident and murder. Long ago CIFS have got a very good support from all association in the above Part I to keep The Unidentified bodies but still lack of space so one of their solution it is to take our old body which has long age keep in tomb to clean and keep only bone in a paper box and storage in a container which it is now already tight space in a container too. So it become a project which we are doing at this moment. Here we would like to do a shortly share you their solution like
a) Build more concrete boxes
b) Analysis more info on a bodies to send back body to their relative
c) Buy more container for keep bone.
The more information we would like to share you a short presentation in another file name

Part III : About “Forensic Science Association” by CIFS
To support the above solution from CIFS as above Part II so CIR is now settle their own association under the name “Forensic Science Association” which we do highly appreciated and thankful Mr. Goh and Forum Group also Mr. Kang and Dhamma Group for the donor. And we had attached an official thanks letter from CIR to you in another file. The Forensic Science Association will finish a registration process in three months included running their own bank account included release donate slip.
The Day Ms. Som-Orn & Ms. Yaowanit had provided donate from Mr. Goh & Mr. Kang Group to CIFS
Based on Law, CIFS & Royal Thai Police have to keep The Unidentified bodies and there is a new cause so it has increased so we do lack of space for keep The Unidentified bodies.

Some of Bone Box keep at CIFs office, we take off an old bodies from tomb clean and keep only bone to manage space at tomb for keep new bodies
Part IV : A Pivot Project for support CIFS
This pivot project will combine whole process:
a) We arrange VAN arrange body from CIFS in BKK deliver to tomb at Chonburi (round trop is about 180 km.)
b) We will use white cotton wrap body then put in coffin
c) Keep coffin into concrete box
d) Make clear signess attach on concrete box
To support these mission we will need to arrange
1. Truck for settle landscape ( one time cost) 35,000 Baht
2. VAN + install stainless inside to carry body (one time cost) 600,000 Baht
We have to install stainless inside VAN for convenience cleaning and remove smell after deliver body
3. Concrete box 250 units onetime cost. To save cost team will searching material and buy by ourselves then pay installer only labor cost which it has the estimate cost about 236,600 Baht ( amount 125,000 Baht is Labor cost + amount 112,000 Baht is Material cost )
The additional project to build concrete box at tomb
According to we will use land space from a first branch of “Pong Group” so This project will be host by “Anusasongkhro”. There is no rent cost on a land which we will build concrete box but there has a cost on landscape and build concrete.
