I have been doing assisted pull ups for 2 years, and sometimes using basic or advanced techniques for relieving neck and shoulder aches.
Very beneficial relative to helplessness previously.
Few people will believe it works. Fewer will have the means to do it. Even fewer will have the tenacity to do it daily for prolonged period.
