Need help in ID amulet and translation of katha

Please help to ID this amulet and the translation of the paper that come with it. I believe is the katha. Thanks. 😃

The amulet is bee or hornet larvae for good luck,wealth beckoning and protection. I maybe wrong pls correct me if I am wrong.
